Terms of Service

Effective: October 8, 2026

DebugArc is an early-stage MVP. Its diagnostic output is assistance for engineering investigation and must be independently verified before being used in production or safety-critical decisions.

1. Service

DebugArc provides an AI-assisted interface for organizing and analyzing embedded-system debugging information. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued while the product is under development.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data, software, devices, and systems you are authorized to analyze. You must not attempt to abuse the service, bypass access controls, extract service credentials, or interfere with infrastructure.

3. Engineering responsibility

AI-generated diagnostics may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for validating suggested root causes, measurements, electrical limits, firmware changes, and other recommendations against authoritative documentation and your own engineering judgment.

4. Safety-critical use

The MVP is not intended as the sole basis for decisions involving life-safety, medical devices, transportation safety, industrial protection systems, or other high-consequence applications.

5. Submitted content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. By submitting diagnostic text, you authorize the processing needed to provide the requested analysis. Do not submit information you do not have the right to process.

6. Intellectual property

The DebugArc name, website, interface, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

7. No warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that diagnostic results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DebugArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from reliance on AI-generated diagnostic output.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
